"DIGITAL DAY - GERMANISCHES NATIONALMUSEUM"

Discover the Germanisches Nationalmuseum on Digital Day!

Dear community, as acameo we are proud to present our innovative tools and projects for the Germanisches Nationalmuseum on this year's #Digitaltag! This national day of action is committed to promoting digital participation in society. On this day, various activities such as seminars, workshops, open days and discussions on topics related to digitalization will take place throughout Germany.

museum4punkt0: digital cultural mediation
With our involvement in the museum4punkt0 project, we have seized the opportunity to revolutionize cultural mediation in museums through digital technologies in order to integrate digitalization into everyday museum life. Now it's time to present the results of this exciting collaboration!

XR Experience Station: Boundless museum experiences
We have developed a groundbreaking XR Experience Station that helps museums overcome the limitations of their spaces and offer visitors fascinating digital experiences. With this revolutionary technology, museum visitors can immerse themselves in VR sequences, visualize exhibitions and interact in real time in different locations. Become part of this digital revolution!

Total Experience GNM: Virtual museum journey
In collaboration with the Germanisches Nationalmuseum (GNM), we have developed a unique virtual highlight tour.

Immerse yourself in six permanent exhibition areas of the GNM, including musical instruments, clothing from 1700 onwards, furniture and rural household goods, farmhouse parlors, bourgeois art and culture in the 19th century as well as the Gewerbemuseum and design. This virtual journey allows you to explore the beauty of the GNM even if you can't be there.

Join us on Digital Day as we present our digital innovations and shape the future of cultural mediation! Visit our stand to find out more about our tools and projects: https://www.gnm.de/forschung/projekte/museuminside-out/
